SoundCloud raises €2.5 million

Great news this morning, although It was hardly news for me ;). SoundCloud raises €2.5 million (roughly 27 million SEK) in a new financing round led by Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures. I was briefly involved in the project last year helping them with their API and third-party developer community. I’ve also built several apps on their excellent platform such as SoundCloud Player for Facebook, The Cloud Player and latest Listen To Blogs.
A massive congrats to my good friends in Berlin. Alex, Eric, Matas, Hannes, Sean, Katharina, Nils and Dave.
